I called to cancel my account and was told to draft a letter and email it. 3 weeks later i call in again only to be told the email i sent to is for residential and not commercial and to then fax the letter. So i do as such. I then receive a bill and phone in to enquire if my account is now closed and this is the final bill, only to be told that this is the case. but 3 weeks later i yet receive an account. I contact telkom and they say my account is yet active and that i have to send a letter once again to another address. How USELESS are the staff trained... dont they test the staff after... a frustrating process to go through because of dealing with
