I called Mweb re my email outbox. I called the Centurion branch and spoke to Clifford Kgobokoe. I explained my problem to him in length. He sent a brief, non-descript email to the Service Desk. Luckly he included me in the mail, so when Sergio Bergstedt from the service desk asked for information, I was able to respond to him with screen shots and a full description of my problem.
A week later I mailed both Clifford and Sergio and asked for any feedback.
Today I called the number on Sergio's email, to be told this problem centre was only for internal problem solving. I held on for 5 minutes for the guy to find Sergio, and eventurally had to hang u. Dont know, perhaps they are still looking for Sergio.
I have been a client of Mweb for 13 years. Thats the best they can do!!!???
