After my horrific experience at Vodacom, I popped down to Telkom to put money onto my prepaid home phone. The chap that helped me couldnt have been more helpful and more friendly! Sorry, didnt get his name, but i have to say that is not the first time i have been to that store and had a smile on my face when i walked out! Maybe the Vodacom shop should take a leaf from their book!
