According to Cell C my dispute that I have logged with The National Consumer Commissioner has been resolved. It has? Really? With whom and when? I now can not receive any incoming calls although I pay towards the amount that I am disputing! Also, I pay a monthly rental of R631.99, but can not receive incoming calls! I see that the rental amount that I pay gets allocated to the disputed amount. How intelligent are those clerks at Cell C? Oh, I forgot - it is the "system" that does the accounts.
