Cell C
Can't receive incoming calls

I have spoken to the call centre a couple of times now, regarding the fact that I am
unable to get calls on my cell c prepaid. I am able to make calls, but not receive.
I don't want to loose my number, but if this continues I will have to buy a new starter
pack - and it will not be with cell c because they don't seem to care about their prepaid
customers :(
