About 8 months ago, my Call Waiting stopped working. It took over four months for Telkom to fix it, as my telephone number had been allocated as a 'spare', and was not supposed to be active at all.
Now the same thing has happened again - and nobody knows how to fix it. Now they want to give me a new telephone number.
I have had the same number for 10 years, and yet they tell me that it doesn't exist. How come I get an account every month?
