ADSL not working again / still

Less then 2 weeks after my adsl line was down for 4 days, and it has been off for another 3. on sunday afternoon 19-May-2013, I phoned 10210 to have my line resynced to see if that would give me a connection. I first spoke to jake from tech support who then put me through to sam from tech support. He informed me that my line was set to reserved migrate. I found this fascinating, as i have made no changes to my account. Apparently this is the reason why my line was locked. The call dropped while i was on hold, and i had to call four more times to get someone to pickup without being disconnected in the automated system. (during which time i actually managed to log a fault) I then spoke to nomvula who was unable to help but put me through to magabe who cleary pointed out the reason for my line not working was because a reserved status, but he would forward my case to paul anderson who would apparently be able to help by the end of the day.

Tuesday 19:30 still no adsl.

I actually left a compliment on hello peter for the good service i received when i joined telkom despite all my reservations. It seems good service is reserved for new customers only.
