I sent proof of payment plus bank statement and fax to Maria Huna on the 14th May of R200 paid via internet on the 19th April 2013 for my moms prepaid phone. When it was notice the that money did not reflect on her account she went to her bank to find out what was going on, the bank the send a fax to telkom showin that the monies was paid into thier account and yet as of today that money still not on her phone, her being a pensioner can not afford to loss 200.00 like it was nothing. I had also lodged a internet query on the telkom website and still not respons, IT is discussting to treat pensioners like this- Telkom logo should be - "Ignore pensioners when they are requiring assistans??? "
