I went to the above mentioned Cell C yesterday. I walk with crutches and parked infront of the branch, but unfortunately hid the pavement. My tyre was flat.
Because I could not even walk properly it would have been a mission the change the tyre myself.
While renewing my contract I mentioned it to her and she immediately helped me. She found 2 male employees and when I walked out of Cell C my wheel was changed. Fantastic - thank you to Siphokazi and the 2 gents.
She was kind and did everything with a smile.
