TRYING TO MIGRATE ACCOUNT

Hi. I laid a complaint against Autopage some time ago re: 082 896 9555, which was resolved. I have a different problem with them and it is very bad that I again need to turn to you for help. I am moving to Canada in a few days time for a 6 months assignment, and have been fruitlessly trying to move Vodacom account 082 903 5176 to them for the last 2 months. It is currently in the name of SAFIKA Oosthuizens Transport, my employer, who agreed to the migration in writing - all forms were correctly completed. I have provided them with bank statements, salary confirmation, salary slips, RICA docs, ID Certified and a ton of other information at least 17 times, and they just do not respond to me or my p.a.. I earn in the top 2% of South Africa and they seem to be unable to do the simplest thing for me. I am running out of time and these remain unresponsive. Please help.
