Handed over for account which was paid

I had a telkom line which i CLOSED in 2010. I was still being billed for this account ADSL line after this account was closed. After months of bitching and moaning, Telkom finally agreed to close this account and said that i didnt have to pay anything. 3 years later, i am contact by the attoneys (VVM) to say i owe an amount of R1166.
Please check your records and im sure you keep ALL the voice recordings, and get this sorted
