I recently opened a cellphone account with MTN, I have had it for just on a month. I requested that my statements be emailed to me, I have not recieved a statement/account for this month, today my subscription got suspended as I havent paid my account! I do alot of business on my cellphone and its a Monday morning and I cant reach anybody! Can you please send me my account immedietly, so I can see how much I have to pay! This is absolute ludacris, how can a person just be cut off, because MTN is too insufficient to send their clients monthly statement!
