Keep deducting money for no service

I tried cancelling my contract due to cell c not wanting to upgrade to blackberry but the staff from the Kollonade Montana failed to fax it through. When I returned to ask, they told me they don't have space to keep any paper work and they have no proof of my cancelation form but they keep deducting r50 every month for 2 years from my bank account.. After another 6 months, I got the contract cancelled but Janelle Lottering from the CEO office told me Cell C cannot refund me. I got bad service from about 20 call centre agents, having to tell my story over and over every time I phoned to enquire. The would have me holding on for long periods of time and eventually dropping my call. Cell C cannot check when the last time I used the sim card or when it was even in a phone. Pathetic.
