My i5 phone, which I got on a contract in December 2012, went in for repairs, in April, as it was not charging, Weeks later i am still attempting for CellC to have it fixed. The repair Centre told me that the guarantee is voided because of a cracked back cover. I know that i handed the phone in at the shop in good condition. After inspecting the phone myself and the staff at longbeach mall (CellC) noticed a scratch on the camera lens of the phone.
Since then i have been trying to get this matter resolved by contacting the Regional Office of Cell C and I was directed by the switchboard to a Tanya Joubert. I have left numerous messages and it is a week later, and to date she have not even called me to find out what the problem is.
This is the first time i am getting a run around from Cell C and it have made me negative to renew any of my contracts with them or even recommend their service to family or friends.
Its a pity because i normally receive great service from Longbeach Cell c
