I have reported this problem twice already on hello peter, a few times on mybroadband forum, on facebook, I have phoned, I have emailed, and on twitter. My request for contract cancellation has been IGNORED time and time again.
"ESCALATED", "WAITING FOR FEEDBACK" are the only words I hear, with automated "concerned" responses.
Please! I am not so stupid as to be pacified by a 'caring' response, it is empty. And nothing is being done to assist me.
All I want is assurance that I wont have to pay another cent for your service.
