Actually have given up on sending emails to Harshana Hiralall; Ashley Molies, and your non-Customer care service.
All I would like is my statement every month.
A SERVICE I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH.
No-one even bothers to reply to emails.
So you can cancel my service. I cannot wait to leave this RIDICULOUS NON-SERVICE PROVIDER!
