Can't unsubscribe from mtnplay

I was playing around on the mtn menu, when I clicked on the mtnplay button. It automatically subscribed me. I have been browsing this site and it seems quite a few people have this problem and you always fix it for them. If you could please just do that for me as well I will be really happy! I do not want my airtime taken from me without warning or a way to reverse it.
