I have been eligible for an upgrade since beginning of April. I want the new Blackberry Q10 but to no avail. Vodacom customers van already get that handset but seemingly MTN is once again far behind the competition so I am migrating over to another network.
I phoned the MTN costumer helpline, MTN direct and I was in store how many times a d no one can give me an answer which I think is absolutely pathetic.
Bye bye MYN, hello Vodacom.
