S4 in South Africa??? Really?

What is the point in pre-ordering the S4, when it does not come?

I was told that last week Wednesday the S4 will be ready for collection. I went in, and they told me sorry.. only tomorrow. This went on till today... Now they saying it will take up to 27 days to be at the store???

When will the phone be available in Cape Town???
