Services suspended due to billing erro

In November 2013, Telkom Mobile cancelled my Z10/Q10 contracts bcoz devices where defective, after 8 months of trying 2 repair&replaced with 2xSamsung S4's on contract. Regional Manager authorized that they would waive cancellation fee, as I have returned the device&were defective. On 1 Dec 2013 I got an invoice for R 13487.79 for cancellation fees. On same day I phoned callcentre, logged case&sent them email from regional manager stating that they will waive the fees. I was advise of 72hrs turnaround time. Kept phoning call centre but no feedback. I put a stop payment on debitorder, as my new contracts were on different acc no, so paid new account no. In Dec some1 phoned & said was being worked on, pls wait for them to resolve. On 20 Jan got sms that my services r going 2b suspended & listed on ITC if not paid, got call abt same. Phoned Thabang Sedibe -teamleader, said will resolve in 72hrs & he will make sure that services continued & not listed on ITC.Today got sms that my services are suspended & was advised that listed as being in arrears with my account. I have had enough. How is it fair that my services get suspended and I have a bad payment record, due to mistakes made by TelkomMobile!!!
