In December I had 'soft blocked' my account at a limit of R120 above my subscription of R159, in total R279. Only to be billed an amount of R1066 this month. Upon querying this on Friday 03/05/13 I was told that an investigation would be done and a report would be emailed to me by Monday. When I did not hear anything by today 07/05/13 I contacted them to be told that there could have been delayed billing or their system changed my limit to R500 however the consultant could not tell me why and could not see any agreements which were made with me for this new limit, she then asked me to hold the line and left me holding for 12 minutes which I also have to pay for. This is really pathetic service considering in the last 3 years with them I have never inconvenienced them, I would expect honest and efficient service which they clearly could not be bothered with.
