I've bought a laptop with MNT IN DECEMBER ON CONTRACT, NOW THE CHARGER IS NOT WORKING, I CALLED MNT THEN I WAS REFERRED TO MTN SERVICE CENTRE[MAPONYA MALL] WHICH I WENT, WHEN I GET THERE THE TOLD ME THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE CHARGER, AND THEY GAVE WITH 083 123 1260 TO CALL, WHEN I CALLED THIS NUMBER THEY GAVE ME 086 010 4771, AND I CALLED THEN THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALLED 086 1733464, WITHOUT ANY HELP, IM STILL STUCK WITH A LAPTOP THAT IS NOT WORKING WHILE I AM STILL PAYING MY CONTRACT,
CAN I REALLY CONTINUE TO PAY FOR A CONTRACT WHILE MTN IS FALLING TO HELP ME
