At the time of my upgrade in January 2013 I explicitly requested a package including free BIS service. This was agreed upon and for the last few months all was as agreed. On 30/4/2013 the BIS service was terminated. Vodacom insist that the upgraded contract does not include free BIS. Either I was misled by the salesperson about the terms agreed upon OR the salesperson did not fill the terms in correctly. Vodacom's attitude is that I must suffer the loss! I have been struggling to clear this up since 30/4/2013 without any result!!!
