Pathetic customer service

I took out a new contract with Nashua Mobile last month. SInce receiving my account last week I have been calling their call centre accounts department with an issue on my account with no resolution to date (thats another complaint altogther). Also tried the company website on which account information is not available either and i could not lodge a query.

Out of sheer frustration, I went to the local Nashua Mobile branch (Westwood Mall) where I took out the contract in the first place only to faced with a store manager with the worst attitude I have ever seen - he smugly stated that yes he is aware how frustrating it is but he cannot help. He is aware of numerous other complaints but as a franchise there is not thing he can do. I have never met a more unhelpful and arrogant man before. I proceeded to ask him what after-sales service there is for clients he is selling contracts to, he once again said that he cant help with anything and that I must continue to call the call-centre (which I have already called three times, each time being put on hold for more than 30 mins) and that he knows how bad the service at the call centre is, but shame, I would just have to endure it.
