Complaining every day about poor Internet speed. Every time the consultant says: "problem at the exchange". Kept on hearing this for over a month. They say its everyone in the area yet people are receiving their speed. I'm sick and tired of complaining, Telkomsa in essence is cheating me as I'm paying for a service I do not receiving. I'm on a 1 meg line but my speed is 6 kilobytes a second. It's frustrating and telkomsa should be held responsible. I demand a response from a senior official or further action will be taken.
