Terrible service since January 2013

Every single month I need to call Afrihost to fix my 4mbps ADSL line. Every time it takes 2-5 days to correct the problem. Not to mention I have to struggle to run tests every time since my line is downloading at a rate of .20mpbs or less. The response from the helpdesk is slow as well. How can you expect me to sit in front of my computer for 4 hours to wait for an email response? I have to pay in full every month for a service that is slow for one week in a month. If I wanted pre broadband speeds, I could have rather gotten myself a 56kbps modem. The lastest response I got was everything seems fine, please let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.?!?!?!? I wouldn't have contacted you about the problem, if there was no problem! You didn't even try and do anything to correct the problem. The problem is not going to magically correct itself!! I want this problem fixed permanently, not just for 2 - 3 weeks. If I have to pay in full, why can't you deliver the service in full?
