I would just like to take this oppotunity to thank the Staff at BMW Helderview for their outstanding services rendered to me with regards to my complaint. They took it upon themselves to resolve my issue i had with BMW On Call (pathetic service provider) who never ever got back to me to date, and BMW South Africa (pathetic service provider) who also never got back to me yet. A personal thank you to the following members of BMW Helderview: Bennie, Alice, Christine and Richard thank you guys for all your help and support. You really went the extra mile great work and service keep up the excellent service.
