THE NETWORK DELAY EXCUSE

For the past 2 years if'e been purchasing 24hour bundles without a problem, exept once in September 2012 i logged complaint after complaint (overcharged R1000) to no avail. AND again Feb 2013 . i logged the complaint in march & Apr @ 3 diff branches to follow up. I load up to 3 or more of these bundles per month
, i follow the same steps every time wait for the confirmation sms and only then only do i download. I was at the H/O again 2day after hopeless atemts for proper answers .got letitia to call h/o .spoke to a very Rude "VIP" Evette "who did not listen @ pointed a network error as my problem even on recieving activating sms. HER WORDS, YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED YOUR BUNDLE, its the customers responsibility. AFTER EXPLAINING IT NICELY THAT I RECIVED THE CONFIRMATION LIKE I DO EVERY TIME with no prob, ITS LIKE TALKING TO AN ANSWERING MACHINE! I was charged R1000 in sept, R400.85 and R536.49 in feb .one was for a 30 min delay and one a hour delay.this is after getting the confirm SMS..the best is they admit it .but no refund .. I have paid R2000 .00 over the past 8 months for Network mistakes .im shocked and completely lost for words .mail [Email Removed] for full story
