The contract ended on the 31st of October 2012 and I requested for my service to be terminated as I was not happy with my data connectivity in December 2012. I went to the Melrose Arch Branch and was given a TX result report stating that the details have been sent successfully. The terms and conditions on the TX report states "Please keep your Fax Transmission Report as a Reference" which I did. Subsequent to that my contract was not cancelled and went to the sandton city branch where I was given another TX report and they promised me that someone will get back to me to resolve my issue but nothing has happened and the billing still continues.
