This is my second letter to Hello peter after getting shocking service when I changed my contract with this company. I did get a quick response and I thought everything would now be resolved... not a chance! This company is so incompetent it couldn't get anything right. I get a phone call today to tell me I have not paid my first account and if I don't my service will be cut. My payment is on a debit order and I checked this twice in the Woodlands branch and with the person that called me after my last complaint. They even have a copy of my bank statement to see if the account is correct. The girl who phoned me today did not know that it was on a debit order. I asked her to please email the details but of course that would be expecting too much. How this company functions I do not know and I will change my service provider as soon as possible because I really cannot deal with them anymore. They are shocking.
