Continiously cut my call & takes MONTHS for repai

I have been waiting for MONTHS for them to repair and return my BlackBerry phone. They called to say it is ready, I drove out and it was the wrong colour. Then I get another call saying it is ready and they will deliver it... this never happened and it has been 3 months now. You CANT get through to their phones and no one follows up to check if all is good. I called their call centre (086) 1412412 in Johannesburg and also get dropped as soon as they put you through SIX times!! I advise ANYONE to rather go with another provider or direct with the mobile companies. This is my worst ever, and I dont complain easily but rather give a compliment!
You will shoot yourself in the foot by dealing with them. They are too big to care.
