Can someone please explain how a company like Planet Fitness can take away their call center - are they so scared of been phoned. I am trying to get in touch, and i get told to send a email - there is no way that you can discuss a situation with someone over email. I think i speak for most of the consumers that we prefer to deal with a person - although, when you do speak to someone - high and low promises to phone you back - yeah right that never happens either.
