Hi Pett,
I still don't have my gym card. Please can u resolve this by close of business tomorrow. If you're not able to I want this contract cancelled and all of my initial payments returned to me.

Hi,
I've been waiting for Pett to provide me with an access card and to sign my wife up for almost a month now, and I've received no feedback from her in the past two weeks.
This quality of service is a really poor reflection on virgin active.
I would like to cancel the contract I purchased through Pett, and would like a full refund.

Hi,
Yet another no show from Pett!
Does your company even care about how their customers are treated?!
I've had 2 more no show from Pett.
For the first one she left my wife waiting at McDonald's and had someone else call her 10 mins after the appointment time to say she couldn't make it.
The second was at our home. She was supposed to come by and deliver my gym card and sign my wife up.
Thank you for the terrible customer service experience.
I want my contract terminated and the full fees I paid refunded as I haven't even been provided with my gym card as yet.
