V for vendetta

This is a two parter.
1. virgin in jan 2012 advertised everywhere, "Join now and get a bag" thus i did and still waiting for that bag, out of principle i keep calling and the club manager Zanele keeps promissing to call and never does.
2. on the 31st of december 2013 the club was closing early "understandably" yet when i arrived 15 to 20 minutes before closing to get my last quick excersize alas no one at the front desk, till excactly 17:55 when two ladies leasurly appeared from the back chatting and giggling hapilly, out of frustration I complained and the dreadlocked madam tells me i should've been on time whereas they were not on their work station, then proceeds to say "well i'll do you a favour and log you in mannually cos I've logged off cos I know you just want a discount" true I get a discount, but it is not her business, the fact remains I pay for the facilities and service not favours. and it seems from the begining i was supposed to be agreeable with bad service because its soweto, cos i have never dealt with such service from any other branch. its a shame!!!
