On the 23rd of October 2013 i have send an email to Freddy Modise regarding the customer service that i have received from Virgin Active Rusternburg, upon his respond i further requested that the gym subscription be cancelled due to the bad service with no costs. To my surprise the deduction is still going through on my account. I cant go to gym there based on the staff and management attitude and request the cancellation and refund of all my subscription. below is the communication that was send through.
