On the 17th December 2013 I visited the gym to exercise, was called aside by Bradley Emmet who said I must take a photo on the computer for security reasons. I indicated that I do not want my information on their system because he cannot guarantee that my info is secured.
He further claims that other people use the cards of members to make use of the facilities. My response is that it's the responsibility of the company to handle such instances.
I am about 4 years at this gym was never required to have a photo taken, there is no benefit to their requirement.
Bradley argued that it is head office instruction. I indicated that I am not prepared to have my photo placed on their system and Bradley than orally teriminate my contract. I am still waiting for my refund.
