Bad service. promises not kept

I've been a client for more than 5 years and this must be the worst service I have ever received. I wanted to renew my contract and after the sales person from RHK has phoned my wife numerous times, we thought it well to take out with him as he constantly did follow up, just to find its just to get the sell. Promises made and not kept. Forget about small promises made I will get to the biggest problem. I paid my join fee with my wife joining fee on Thursday. Was promised my card will be activated immediately and my wifes card the next day as I needed her papers to be signed and returned. I returned the papers just to find my card still not activated. Asked about this and guess what, one more promise. Was told it will be sorted by Monday by the manger. Yip and you guessed it. Got to the gym today and felt like a fool as once again card not activated. This is where something funny happened. I signed up with RHK and went to centurion branch. They of course said they cant do nothing and I need to go back to where I signed up. No managers or sales peoples available made my friend who wanted to sign up reconsider his decision. Not even the stand in manager could assist with activating..
