On Tuesday afternoon 29th Jan 2013 @ 16h30 I arrived at the Chilli Lane Virgin Active to be confronted by a medical emergency happening at the gym. Few people get recognized for keeping composure under a stressful situation, which is what the Manager (Craig Taylor) exhibited.
As a Health Professional myself it was gratifying to see how well Craig handled the emergency even to the degree of using his own office for the emergency. He arranged within minutes, the necessary staff response and initiated evacuation of the patient to a nearby hospital. Its nice to know that maybe one day I or a family member might need assistance and it will be Craig who will be there to attend to my emergency in a similar manner. Well done to you Sir.
