As a user of planet fitness I had the pleasure of dealing with Fiona, not only did she follow up with all my queries, she communicated all changes in contracts in the new year.
after setting up a meeting, she communicated whom I'd be dealing with, and after being unable to finalise formalities due to systems being down, she did a follow up the very next morning enquiring what the problem was.
Not only did she assure me she will do everything she can, she went the extra mile offering to meet me even after her shift was over.
Its great to meet a friendly face passionate about their job.
A well done to an employee only responsible for "closing the deal", going the extra mile and doing exactly what every consumer wishes for COMMUNICATION :)
