Accessing my bank account

A year ago I went and signed up contract with Planet Fitness but due to an accident I had to cancel before I even received a tag nor attended. After being sent from post to post and after numerous emails.

After showing my bank emails cancelling, my bank cancelled and I was able to reverse some of the money.
A month later though they changed the amount and they deducted another amount from my account. My bank again managed to reverse this amount.
A year later they again took money from my account again! I will be reversing it as well.
