Priscilla is an unprofessional supervisor/manager. I am a client in their slimming spar and paid lots of money. She did not like the way I normally respond to her but she kept on laughing at whatever I say but deep down she was irritated. I was not aware that she is a sensitive type and the way I talk irritates her until she just lost it on my tenth session and told me and my friend as customers in front of her staff and clients that we are full of t. I couldn't believe it. She was so emotional and told me that she is even thinking of giving us our money because we are so rude she does not need it. We tried to apologies for peace sake and asked her to address this issue privately but she refused. We then asked for our money because she said her tolerance level cannot take it anymore. Then she's got the nerve to penalise us for cancelling meanwhile she is the one who told us to take our money. What a nerve. She only paid us 50% of what was due us. We do accept that sometimes we normally talk rough but we were not aware that she did not like it. She didn't mention anything to us until she exploded. The way this issue was addressed really makes me angry.
