Embarrassed and dissappointed in service!

I was at the end of my contract where I called the call centre to cancel because I was about to relocate... They then charged me R200 to cancel the contract for end of September and all went well. I was then told that my job relocation was on hold so decided to stay on at Virgin until end of October and they said no problem... you can gym for the month for free. Just to find out that they were still taking an instalment from my account after I have instructed them not to. Now I get to the gym and they blocked me from entering infront of other members that was totally embarrassing and unacceptable saying that I am in arrears. And that after I was seriously considering just staying on with the gym even till next year. Im not impressed with the service that was received and by being humiliated in front of other people. I've never been behind with my instalments. I really lost my trust and belief in you!!!
