Problem with payment

I was told by Colleen Governor that there was an outstanding amount of R58, I made that payment cash. When I entered the gym I was denied acess due to outstanding money in my account, no money was drawn from the debit order. When i spoke with her she was rude to when i simply was trying to explain that no money had been drawn. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
