I sent a mail on the 27 August 2013 12:25 complaining about their CGT-BCAA that didn't quite taste the same as it normally tastes. SSN being my choice of supplements that I buy every month for my bodybuilding sport, I knew something wasn't right with the supplement. So I emailed them, not really expecting to get a speedy reply which I got from Brett from SSN on 27 August 2013 at 12:37. WOW. Now that is what I call service. Now wonder this company is one of the biggest in this sport and fitness industry. They not only wanted to evaluate the faulty product but no hassle free replaced the faulty one. That's service.
I would really recommend them to everyone, especially because their supplements work, plus after service is there to the T.
A few companies in South Africa should take tips from SSN in terms of after service.
