I am the most unhappiest client you can imagine. Been at Planet Fitness and quite loyal at that for the past 3 years. So I have tried to overlook the equipment itself going SOUTH.. but now accounts is really putting the cherry on the top. Been paying EVERY SINGLE MONTH via EFT. And continuously they mess it up. Been having issues with a tag like you won't imagine! Embaressing to say the least. Then Head Office tells you to phone the branch and branch tells you to phone Head Office and no-one sorts this OUT!!! TRE002 - Figure it out! I left proof of payment TWICE this week for the stealthy GERTRUDE and she just does not phone you back. Oh no.. you have the poor receptionist trying to sort it out when my lid blew (Thabiso) whom reads the system wrong.. what? I paid R350 via EFT on the 25th last month, but only R135.00 was allocated? Can you get any more incompetence from this company? Virgin Active.. here I come. this! HAD ENOUGH!!!
