This month my debit order is doubled. Contact Hennopsview and Louisa told me that she will send it through to head office and if I am lucky I will receive my money next week Saturday. I've contacted head office because the time delay is not acceptable. It took me 15 minutes and 4 phone calls and nobody can assist me. The first two times, Lorraine at switchboard transfer me to Yolandi. Both times you can here somebody pick up the phone and put it down immediately. The third time Lorraine put me through to Chantelle. The same story, somebody pick up the phone and put it down again. The last time I've spoken to Mzi (working at admin dept), but he could not help me and transfer me to customer care. Unfortunately nobody answer that call. Is there somebody that can assist me please?
