I am so aggrieved and disappointed with planetfitness. Last year we had huge challenges with billing that were finally sorted out. I cancelled my contract this year, i got an sms again that my account is in arrears. The worse part is whenyou follow up, there is no one to assit you properly in addressing the account. I have had nymerous emails sent last year they obly replied to a few. I called the gymn facility even tried their head office but with no luck.when i ask for their head office's email address to settle the matter they claim that they donot have an email address. This has been emotionally draining on me and i must say i have had a bad experience with planetfitness.
