Vitality vouchers not received since 13 May 2013

I am a very unpleased virgin active member, I have not yet got the joy of starting my classes as Grant together with the Sales Manager @ Watermeyer are still withholding my vouchers for a Personal Trainer. I registered in Watermeyer and I did indicate that my Club of choice will be Hazeldean. Now my money is just being debited for fun as I have not even had the assessment being done on me.

Grant keeps saying I should pick them up and he then doesnt pick up my calls, I leave countless messages with the reception and there's quietness. The Sales Manager promised to come back to me 2 weeks ago, to this day I'm still waiting.

Did they sell my vouchers? My 2 months of debit orders with all this unprofessional commotion going on is just not acceptable.

Virgin Active should find a way of retaining me as I am really fed up with this service else I cancel
