I have been in contact with planet fitness centurion since February trying to sort out my account
they do not acknowledge my payments and do not even try and look for it.
They bill me in doubles so that one month the equivalent of R1500.00 was taken from my account and my account was not in arrears.
I want to cancel but they do not care i took me 4 days just to get my account from them to see whats going on and if I say something the people just say come back when the lady is here and we all makes mistakes
