Cancelation of contract

Hi There
I have recently received a bill from planet fitness saying that I owe them outstanding money on my contract.
I have asked them to cancel this contract in January 2013 already and I have the mail to prove it.
They can not tell me the exact months the amounts is owed to.

My ID number is 8501165013086
How do we go about to resolve this?
They use "Saya Recoveries" as a service provider to collect all outstanding debt and now they want to take me to court and hand me over...

Please help.
